There is a small seaside town in Massachusetts called Marblehead. We think a resident from there heading North until they found a good spot to build a seaside course. The course plays interesting with several large sandy waste areas, large rocks and lots of weeds in the water. The par 5 third features multiple island fairways. The ocean comes into play rarely as the course goes to and from the ocean more than along side it, but there are plenty of water holes. We balanced it with tall grasses and trees for just the right feel of a New England course.
